Settlement Agreement: Tenant Dispute
This document represents a settlement between Brian Reynolds, hereafter known as, The Knight of Righteousness and Travis Foley, hereafter known as, Satan’s Sex Doll.
Satan’s Sex Doll is required to pay Knight of Righteousness in the amount of Six Hundred Dollars ($600) for the back rent on the apartment that they shared at 214 E. 4th St. New York, NY 10010.
The amount originally owed has been reduced due to Satan’s Sex Doll’s inability to pay the full amount. Satan’s Sex Doll should be thankful that The Knight of Righteousness has accepted this compromise in order to be rid of that putrid being once and for all.
From here out, Satan’s Sex Doll (aka Travis Foley) shall be know as, The Putrid Being of Impotence (Putrid Being.)
Let this notarized document show that The Putrid Being also ruined The Knight of Righteousness’s chance at getting into Law School due to the fact that Putrid Being threw out all of the mail when he was intoxicated on marijuana. This mail included Knight’s acceptance letter and the instructions to apply for classes.
Putrid Being of Impotence (Travis Foley) will now be known as Filthy Cesspool of Vomit and Trash (Filthy Cesspool).
Filthy Cesspool also relinquishes the right to obtain financial retribution for Knight of Righteousness’s destruction of his illegal pot brownie baking operation because Filthy Cesspool almost burned down the apartment twice and the operation was in clear violation of the law.
Filthy Cesspool (aka Travis Michael Foley) will now be known as The Man Who Should Never Have Been Born and Needs To Stop Pretending He Is A Musician Because I Have Never Seen Him Play A Show or Record An Album, Therefore He Is Just A Guy Who Owns A Guitar and Needs To Get A Real Job, Also We All Know About The Time You Kissed Your Step Sister, It’s Not Funny, Its Just Creepy. (Just Creepy).
